The Trade Unions Act, Cap.361

The Trade Unions Act, Cap. 361 requires that an application for registration of a trade union be made to the Registrar of the Corporate Affairs and Intellectual Property Office. The application must be accompanied by a list of the titles and the names of the officers of the trade union and be accompanied by the rules or constitution of the trade union.
