Instructions
As a free
service to our customers, the
Corporate Affairs and Intellectual Property Office offers for download
many of our principal forms.
On-line forms are currently available in .doc ( Word document) format .
Printable Instructions are also provided for each form to assist users with form filling.
To download the Word document form please right click
on the relevant form
number and save the target (form) to a folder on your computer.
Points
to remember while completing the downloaded forms are:-
a) Users may enter information in the spaces provided.
Information should be typed
in bold Tahoma font (10pt)
b) A Schedule
(a separate sheet ) should be completed, clearly labeled and
submitted with the form for areas where the information fields are
unable to
contain the user's data.
c) The completed form must be printed on a single white sheet
of A4 paper.
Excess space, causing forms to scroll
to two pages, should be deleted
d) Incomplete forms and forms scrolling to two pages will be
deemed unacceptable.
(N.B This does not apply to "External Company" and Charities'
Application for
Registration )
